Enable Urban At-Risk High School Students
To Graduate College-Bound

Opportunities For You

The PWP career club, a co-curricular, skill-building  network that converts urban low-income, job-bound high school students into college-bound graduates, is now in the chapter prototype development phase.

This national peer partnering concept relies on local chapters to develop growth mindsets that empower aspirational pearls to overcome their limiting beliefs through 2 annual school-year competitions, soft skills and college track, that equip students with financial, mentoring, and community support resources, scholarships and college acceptance letters.

Jim Harris is conducting 15-minute prototype information tours introducing principals and teachers to the high school chapter prototype, with the opportunity to establish a prototype chapter at your school that improves student performance. A quick online survey at the end of the tour is requested.

Thanks for your interest in improving the outcomes of at-risk public education students. To schedule a 15-minute tour, and potentially impact the careers of thousands of at-risk youth across America, please call (800) 640-2183. Thanks. Learn More

Many believe our public educational system needs reform. (Watch This Video) PWP seeks to enhance it because it's losing far too many at-risk, low-income, aspirational students (pearls). The average student-to-counselor ratio of 500-to-1 in high poverty schools means that few pearls receive the career counseling they need. Of course, this contributes to the Skills Gap in America. Observe these facts, according to www.peerforward.org
