8 core skills, their rubrics, the point system and the project selection process. 


The Challenge Works Like This
 



 1. Obtain a Skills Challenge Sponsor
that promotes your skill demonstrations on social media

2. Select a Skills Project Coach
Your coach helps you select 6 projects to complete, 3 each semester
who walks you through practice sessions to improve your score.

3. Complete Weekly Skill Demonstrations



4. Upload Weekly Completion Reports
When each exercise is complete, you prepare a project completion report, and upload the document into your online account.

 5. Volunteer Scoring Panel
This panel scores each report using a rubric for each skill demonstrated
 Up to 90 skill points are awarded for each report. 


 6. Intern Eligible Pearls - 400 Points
Up to 90 skill points are awarded for each report. When 400 points have been received, you are designated "eligible" to be hired by any sponsor as an intern.

Each Semester, You Select 3 Skill Projects To Complete.
You may select from the Approved Project List or You may create a new project using the Skill Projects Manual.
